The hotel is very low level The staff is really not nice and uninviting Very small rooms I strongly do not recommend coming here My son got a burn on his hand in the dining room And they didn't even have an ointment to ease the burning The food menu is so basic and tasteless At every position there are huge queues that simply give up waiting

My wife and I booked a long week-end in march 2023. The fact that the hotel is aged and services not quite as advertised could be overlooked as it is not uncommon. However the hotel overcharged us compared to the deal that was advertised online when we booked the hotel! We have Screenshot and emails as proofs, but none of the staff was helpful and management simply ignores emails and phone calls. Do not trust a venue that scams through falls advertising and does not take customer complains with substantive claims seriously. Stay away!!

Visited with my wife and 6 year old girl. The good: The room is nice, we booked the room with pool access. My kid got a solid bed with good mattress. The food in the hotel is pretty good, nothing too fancy but really cant complain, nice variety and different options change daily. The kids shows at the evening were really entertaining and nice quality. The slides were also not bad. The bad: The all inclusive is just ok. No food at all near the pool, cakes are served in the afternoon, alcohol was poor but it was expected. The checkin experience is awful! A lot of noise in the lobby, since the room checkin time is 15:00 so all guests come at the same time to pick their room and it causes a huge mess with no order! The hotel does really poor job to keep high standards! Why do you allow people to put chairs near the pool? There is no way to pass and it looks so crowded! Please do a better job! You dont clean the area near the pool and it looks bad. You have to wait for 10-15 minutes to get to dinner because apparently there is one dining area and it gets full so they dont allow any more people in. A joke! If you know that you cant have all people inside the eating area then why dont you have people reserving hour to eat at like in all normal hotels? It just feels that the hotel could care less and thinks its normal. 3 days the plates and glasses just ran out. Come on! Are you kidding me?? You dont know how many plates do you need? You are making it embarrassing for guests! The dining area is so loud and so messy! Although the general population in the hotel isnt so high class but most of it is the hotel’s fault. Do you want high class from people then behave like high class. General feeling was poor and cheap. This is 4 star hotel barely.

Spent few days with my wife & kids in this Guesthouse. The management decided to allow ~200 kids (age 10-15 years old) from a soccer league to stay in the guesthouse without their parents. You can imagine what happened to the so called hotel: Noisy, cursing in-front of all guests, sleepless nights, a mess in the dining room, a fiasco in the pool, police involvment, etc. My kids were afraid to get out of our room. As mentioned, this was a bad management decision (and they admit it was) to turn this hotel to a guesthouse. As for the room cleanness : At the 2nd day, the room was "cleaned" but they forgot to put towels, soap and shampoo. Only after calling housekeeping twice (I assume 5 hours are not enough to bring towels) - they arrived. At the 3rd day - they even did not clean our room. When I complained about it - I was told that my room was already cleaned . I invited them to the room to see that it was not cleaned. Unbelievable. Zero awareness to customer satisfaction. Food: Breakfast is fine, lunch and dinner are reasonable (but repeating). So - do yourself a favor: do not spent your money on this guesthouse. there are plenty of great hotels in Eilat with the same price of this guesthouse. To summarize: when I complained about the fiasco with the soccer league kids, the hotel response that i suffered only one day, so they will send me a discount of 30% to the first night of my next vacation. Like i will ever use it... there is always a last time !!!

je suis partie du 28 Juillet au 1 aout 2024 dans cette hotel avec ma femme et mes 4 enfants (15/13/10/4) Connaissant les hôtels fattal et leur niveau de qualité c'est en consultant les avis que je me suis laissez tentez pour cette hotel qui semblais tenir toute ses promesses sur le papier les points positifs: l'hotel est a mon avis bien situé car il se trouve a 5/10 min a pied du ice mall et a 10/15min a pied de la tayellette avec tout ses commerces, donc pas necessaire de prendre sa voiture le soir pour sortir Des votre arrivé l'hotel dispose d'un parking gratuit pour les clients ce qui facilite l'arriver a l'hotel L'hotel est dans l'ensemble propres contrairement a d'autre hotel fattal en Israël avec du personnel toute la journée a nettoyé Niveau restauration cela est un peu partout la même chose dans les hôtels tout inclus sauf que la j'ai pu constater un effort sur la présentation de certains plats le soir comme le midi ce qui était agréable pour un hotel ou en général nous avons juste le droit a du self services Dans l'ensemble les repas étaient bon avec du choix Niveau animation de l'hotel le soir il y avais toujours des soirée a thèmes qui conviens uniquement au enfant de moins de 12 ans sincèrement Les chambres sont dans un état correct avec tout le necessaire Une très jolies synagogue avec office tout les jours sans probleme de miniane les points négatifs Cette hotel a surtout la particularité d'avoir des toboggans pour que les enfants s'amusent , alors il faut m'expliquez pourquoi qu'a partir de 16h45 il ferment l'accès aux toboggans ?????? surtout que la piscine ferme a 18h! et si vous avez des enfants en bas âges ils vous ai impossible de prendre votre enfant avec vous dans le toboggan , cela vous es refusé du coup mon fils de 4 ans n'a pas pu faire de toboggan de tout le séjour Concernant l'animation l'apres midi autour de la piscine l'équipe d'animation propose environ 45min d'animation avec les enfants mais rien d'exceptionnel pour amuser tout le monde, pas de structure gonflable sur l'eau rien de tout ca donc assez monotone a mon gout Comme souvent dans les hôtels en Israel il y a toujours un groupe d'israélien qui décide de déranger toute les personnes ( et encore je reste polie dans mes propos) et venir avec une enceinte et nous soulé toute la journée avec leur musique a fond!!!! Malgré mes plaintes auprès d'un maitre nageur rien n'a été fait! Ha oui j'ai oublié un matin a 8h du matin les responsables de l'hotel laissent les ouvriers couper l'herbe a coté de nos chambres et être réveiller par un bruit de tondeuse de bon matin c'est vraiment inadmissible! heureusement qu'apres plusieurs plaintes d'autre clients ils se sont arrêtés mais pourquoi les personnes qui autorisent cela ne réfléchissent pas 2 min dans leur tète pour se dire tiens ca va peut être réveillé les clients que de faire cela si tôt???? Ужасно старый отель вся мебель в комнатах набухшая старая, разбитая.у нас было 2 комнаты так в одной плохо работает душ от старости и накипи .Детский водный городок Не работает весь сломанный. горки открываются не во время закрываются раньше времени.Бары Не работает даже по-минимуму.толко в кинотеатре можно было взять напитки и пиво во 2-й день единственный бар который работал в Кинотеатре и тот сказали нет пива все-включено но ничего нету.Отзывы накручены
